Looks OK to me. Provision of services seems comprehensive and has forethought. It would look good lit at night, atmospheric and with the right owner/leasee could prove very popular. Can see the Bradda perhaps putting in an objection but the project seems sound.

Probably hasn't been costed yet.

What do you think TP..?
