Freggyragh
I remember that spanner case from a diploma in law I did a couple of decades ago. It’s a fascinating question. 40 months for doing unlicensed cosmetic surgery. It all seems fine, until someone gets hurt - or gets their bell-end split down the middle, although I remember reading an article about a man who’d had that procedure done and was as happy as a dog with two dicks. There are some areas of the law which I’d rather not have to make judgements on.

The idiots who ask for such modifications to their bodies are too thick to give consent, regardless of who thinks otherwise. I think this is what China was alluding to in his earlier link which quoted a professional opinion that: doctors must consider their patients' psychological needs. To paraphrase in the vernacular, it would appear that practitioners need to make a call on whether the customer is a nutcase or not.
