Its certainly cost them now , Government appear to know the cost of everything but the value of nothing , I wouldn't mind betting  all these  construction cockups  have cost this Island over £100 million over the last few years  and if you add the legal time and cost it must be eye watering , and yet Government seem oblivious  to the mess we are finding ourselves in regarding Capitol Projects , and some of the contractors  charging for the unforseen  extras  and contractual cock ups must be laughing all the way to the bank ,

If there NO ONE IN TYNWALD , prepared to Make an issue out of this  ,and at least  revert back to a situation where someone had proper control of Government projects, weather they were value for money    and they came in on time and on BUDGET

Getting rid of Clerk of the Works on all bigger contracts hasnt helped. They kept everyone on the straight and narrow and were independant of the contractor.

But they have a policy. Only in their cat swim suits?😂

It's exclusionary.  Cats don't swim.

Bet the other pools are going to be pissed off.  They have to operate as a business.

The island plan wants to increase GDP by 200 million a year.  Rather than attract 10,000 more people, we could just hire someone who says no to Tynwald stupid costly ideas.

Does anyone know why the spa is closed at the NSC? Nothing in their social media, I have been told they are doing some work and it's taking longer than expected.... The last time this weekend it was closed for over a year!

Hopefully sorting out the world's most inefficient steam room which currently permanently pumps out steam and uses an extractor fan to balance the heat rather than just using a thermostat like pretty much every other steak room in existence.
