On any job the first thing you do is clear all rubble etc so works can crack on...clearly not in this case ..they have never been in a rush to clear the rubble . They should be clearing it as it's broken up . Plenty of room on lock prom where it's wider to get a machine in and clear it straight away . I like the horse trams but if it helps the job get finished on time , no chance,,,, then stop them for next year..I agree they should have been stopped this year and reason for them running doesn't stand up as issues should have been anticipated ..
