Press release on Wednesday morning re Broadway ! This will be interesting !! What excuse they will use !!

3 months suggests either total incompetence at programme management, missing a shedload of work out, or returning to do it at a later date?

/end cynic - they've been so efficient that they have manged to everything they planned at a lower cost and before time in order to assist businesses and the public go about their normal lives

I wonder how many years of remedial work will be required on the "completion" of this project? The going back and finishing of stuff that was missed (or omitted in the name of political expediency) or to replace/repair stuff that has failed early. As to the cost...

At what point do DoI just stop making announcements about this scheme and just admit that they are making it up as they go along? At what point, also, does the hapless Tim Baker admit that the scheme is a clusterfuck and that someone in management isn't managing? He looks like the driver of a Snaefell tram careering out of control down the mountain, stamping on the brakes and shouting to the passengers that everything is fine.

Tim Baker, Nick Black and Jeff Robinson’s ultimate puppet on a string.

476 cracks between Great western and Tshirt shop on Queens prom alone ! And yes I counted them. Only because Baker pissed me off saying there was only a few minor ones . Must think we are all stupid .
