No there not less than a metre apart as remember there's 3 areas, the two side red areas plus the center one. Also its not consistent across all three. Only way is breaking it all up but there trying to save face and find a solution. As Teapot says you cant patch coloured concrete . Well you can but it will never look right and matching the colour is a nightmare. Have done it to match a new garage with exsiting house and took a quite a few patch tests to get it right. Including weighing out the dye before mixing with cement / sand . Also it of course dries lighter which complicates the job. That obviously does not apply the the 100s of extra vehicles using the promenade to get access to and from the coast road to Ramsey.
