They have no consideration regarding dangerous or illegal parking at all. They are only concerned with carrying out sneaky and under hand ways for booking people 30 seconds over on their disc. You can pretty much park dangerously and illegally anywhere in Douglas and get no ticket at all as long as you aren’t in a disc zone. Well theres little doubt that the work on the prom would not be accepted by any householder I know if carried out on their property. Also the time taken would mean they would be thrown off the job.
