The structure is concrete with an 1" of coloured bitchimum with stones rolled in whilst hot. If they raise the existing sea wall by 1.2m pedestrians will hardly see anything of the beach - it will be like walking through a tunnel. It is time Government put an end to these crackpot ideas and started delivering what the people of this Island actually need.
