Where in that link does it confirm he's still a shareholder?

It doesn’t.

But it does show that the shares belonging to he who shall not be named were transferred to Mr Hudson. 2 years later Mr Hudson transferred the same number of shares to the daughter of he who shall not be named.

Taking a little look into MECX Limited - Promenade Contractors - https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08874601/filing-history

Focus on one of the Directors (now resigned 2015) but still apparently a shareholder........... ASTONISHING

STRUGGLING TO UNCURL MY TOES.............................

That's pretty shocking. No wonder they had to get an AG from off Island to investigate his companies.

IOM Govt pay extremely large sums to raid, investigate and prosecute, whilst paying extremely large sums to his entities which could then be used to pay legal fees to defend against the claims of the IOM Govt following earlier raids.....

Wow that’s simply incredible. What sort of due diligence do the DOI undertake given this is one of the biggest contracts handed out in years and the travel agency lost the TT packages contract through association with the same individual didn’t it? You’d think they’d have to do full DD on all shareholders and directors before agreeing to write a cheque for £20m.

I take it you are new to the Island...

Just drove along the Prom. Apart from massive tailback due to Broadway the muppets at DOI have decided to lay concrete between the rails. Only the other day they made the excuse one of there many projects down south I think is delayed as there saying they can't lay tarmac in bad weather . There right of course but then they go and lay concrete in pouring rain. !! Ohh and nobody to be seen on Broadway on the rehash of the crossing and lights etc .

Still good pickings to be had from the carcass if you move in the right circles, clearly. Or even the wrong circles come to that...

Their - belonging to them

They're - They are

There - where? Not here.

Just sayin'.... Nothing wrong with the point being made.

An email about what?

Not sure what the whole email contained. Overheard him in the office talking about it. The crux of it revolved around the standard or lack of direction.
