There are for example, lots of Everton strikers who claim that they do not know where they have to kick the ball in order for it to be deemed a 'Goal'. The only reason this case has been in the media is because the individual involved is a "celebrity" and there will be plenty of similar cases happening every day that never get reported because it is just a member of the public who will not flog papers or generate hits online. Three images below are any of these any different from the picture you have posted of Angela Merkel - who regardless of anything else lives in a country where Nazi symbolism is illegal Wayne Hennessey on the football pitch - would you argue that was a Nazi salute?
