He spent his early years fermenting frustrations and dissatisfaction at the establishment. He surrounded himself with other popularists and out spoken "thinkers" who had worked out how to tap into the undertow of anger and resentment. As his power grew, he manoeuvred certain groups into the cross hairs, and steered the baying masses. Trump is now "height of WW2" Hitler, but he his certainly on his way there.
