Very clearly. Now where was it stated that money would be spent on the NHS?

All it did was to point out that spending that money on the NHS would be a better use of it.

It did NOT say that it would be,  just that funding the NHS made more sense.

Dear me Roger, reduced to playing semantics to try and defend the indefensible.

The "message" on the bus is very clear.

In any event it's just one lie amongst many. With, I'm sure, plenty more to come from our wonderful "unifying" government.

Going to try and defend them all are you....?

It's NOT semantics though. It's very clear but it is inevitable that those who delight in twisting things to their own wants especially if they see it as an opportunity to slag off the first decent government we have had since that led by Mrs Thatcher.

As for unifying our country, by putting the traitorous Labour/Momentum out in the cold and starting the process that will cleanse our national hive it will ensure that we have a unified country by ostracising the socialist - and worse sector in addition to expelling those with no right to even be on our shores.

Have to say I didn't think you had a sense of humour but you clearly have.

Yes it IS playing semantics as they admitted to it.

Me personally I'm going to wait and see how totally amoral narcissistic serial philanderer and inveterate liar Boris Johnson, who is our actual Prime Minister, gets on before forming any opinions on his administration. Which I guess we'll be introduced to in the next few days.

I wonder who will carry the mantle nurtured so effectively by Failing Grayling? My money would be on James Misnomer Cleverly.

What Rog says is true, but it's academic now because that money has gone to the NHS and more besides. You need to find another drum to beat. While you're at it you can also find a new mantra to replace "They don't vote Tory, so fuck 'em."

OK. We have that in writing. See if you can live up to it.

Not at all.

That will be the policy of this government as well.

The thing about funding the NHS is that as a business it grows year on year with people living longer. What a nuisance.

Therefore every year it needs more money to do it's thing. So it's particularly deceitful to trumpet "We've put a record amount into the NHS this year" because that's simply business as usual. The deceitful bit is the way it's simply not enough to match the demand.

Couldn't believe our actual Prime Minister took a reporters' phone off him and refused to look at a picture of a young lad suffering due to tory NHS underfunding.

Here is a question for you:

Question: If I have two nurses, and the tory government gives me three more nurses, has the tory government given me five nurses?

Answer: You lying bar steward....

I thought you'd be happy now that the election is over and the anti-democratic forces have been expunged from Parliament, but evidently not. Anyway,  I am pleased to note above that you intend to wait and see how the new government gets on before rushing to judgement. I've never been a fan of Johnson but this was the best of the outcomes on offer and the electorate has wisely appreciated the fact. Let us watch with interest.

I'm very happy that Swinson, whose naivety precipitated the election, got the chop.

Very sorry that the few tories principled enough to put country before self and party are no longer in place. Doesn't say much for the shower that's left...

"Unite the country" - yeah, right, just like Thatcher did....

The NHS has not had the money referred to on the side of the bus though.  That £350 million was/is supposedly what the UK pays to the EU.  As the UK is still in the EU then this money is still being paid to the EU not the NHS.

The fact that the Tory Government have found a magic money tree to fund the NHS is nothing to do with the pledge on the side of the bus.

Surely the most important thing is that the money went in.
