Meanwhile in London, Crossrail has been delayed again and is expected to be three years behind the date it was expected to be up to a few months before it was supposed to open. Big projects are so easy aren't they? They complicate things unnecessarily. It's the Crossrail tech that's the big problem. Engrossing games of spot the scallop and hunt the herring to while away the journey.
