Omobono Posted September 7, 2023 Share Posted September 7, 2023 Should have built a concrete silt trap like the one build in Douglas 100 years ago at the stone bridge needs emptying every 4/5 years but stops a huge amount of silt and debris being washed into the harbour , same as the groynes on Douglas beach the old boys knew what they were doing and how harbours and foreshores need to be properly managed , sadly , cant say that for the DOI nowadays just look at the mess and money wasted on the quayside in Peel , disgraceful ! 5 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
