lefty times reporter posted it actually.........

Who cares?

Even the Times is moving more and more to the right.

Thank goodness we still have some decent newspapers. Otherwise you simply would never get to learn what's actually going on. Particularly in politics and economics....

The part that says "Priti Patel isn't fit to be in the role".  Evidently based on her performance she absolutely is.

We will find out if the way she "manages" staff is inappropriate.

If it is then she should be removed before she causes any more damage.

Have to say it seems more evidence is appearing that she is unfit for high office.

Just now, P.K. said:

Rutman and his legal people would not have instigated a tribunal based on hearsay.

It's what we call "commonsense".

He is obviously politically motivated.

I suspect Priti Vacant Patel is so ego-driven she doesn't understand basic management such as staff have a much stronger output if they're properly led and not driven.

I suspect you may not have heard of Douglas McGregor.

Why would anyone bother with management theories from the fifties? Except those who can't or won't move with the times I suppose.

However "Better led than driven" has always been true...

Some things such as human nature don't change with time.

As for led or driven, that depends on the nature of the person that one is dealing with and the urgency of the task.
