Only difference you didn’t pay if you were going via patient transfers I have spoken with four people in the last 10 days who returned from UK hospitals after surgery and all were told (presumably by DHSC) that they would need to have the 7 day test. As there is a very strong chance that you will almost certainly go to prison for any breach you’d think it worthy of a mention? They still seem to be shying away of open engagement with the public on this issue. It’s almost like they want to jail people just to show how tough they are even if it is shutting the gate well after the horse has bolted and people have possibly been infected.
