I dunno. I am just say that's what it says in the Act. It doesn't clarify what/where/when you disembarked

Not sure of the relevance of that. The whole of the UK is in the common travel area but the law says you must isolate for 21 days if you return to the Isle of Man (regardless of where you have been)

To be clear, whatever arrangements were in place had worked for a very long time (we believe) and there should be no witch-hunt, and certainly not of the SP or the crew, or indeed IOMG. But, and this is a big but, in HQ's words, IOMG step in and out of our day to day lives on this issue, so clarity, openness and honesty is required, because when those attributes are perceived as absent, the goodwill and understanding of the "great Manx population" is at risk.
