I'd do that if the British Lions playing down there anytime soon?

No. Sorry. Only if you've got rels down there. And a Harley.

What we need from the Manx government is not fantasy-world questionnaires; but rather an honest assessment of the status of government finances and their plan for fixing any shortfall moving forward. Who is going to pay for the lockdown bill on this island?

The news from the UK in this regard are so bad:

Well in the short term they are borrowing some money.

In the long term mores revenue will need to be raised and costs cut.

The big drawback being that Middle’s fattest lad is in the next seat.

Clap for Christian.

Ashey applauds Councillor Christian from the public gallery after the latter's challenge to online trolls who may or may not've said some awful things about him and the Corpy during lockdown.

Christian needs to get a grip and work out how out of touch he is and then maybe Douglas has a chance of moving forwards but as a town it’s been moving backwards for years under his leadership. He’s another hopeless granny farmer doing the rounds of the old ladies in Pully to get his insight from as he seems to be completely devoid of any commercial understanding about what needs to be done to make Douglas more attractive to business. If people were angry about grave yards being closed then it was fairly justifiably so as there was no need for him to close them in the first place. It was just another stupid lockdown decision that he should be accountable for.

Will it involve any trips to NZ? Say, Canterbury.....?

Actually I believe that Auckland is the intended destination. IOMG and Manx Radio are said to be looking at chartering a complete jumbo jet to take all senior staff on a Diversity and Inclusion awareness trip to NZ culminating in a major knock-out sporting event at Eden Park rugby stadium attracting diverse teams from around the globe.

Before they commit further funds, I hope that somebody explains to them that they may in this instance be misinterpreting the terms 'All-Black Lives Matter' and 'Kick it into Touch'.

Great value so long as it's a one way ticket.

Raising taxes on the poor will happen, using Covid as an excuse.

With regard to the fictional national debt, they will do what every other country does  nd wait for inflation to devalue it.
