Reading the places listed that people might be at risk. Goes from 17th feb to 24th feb. and alot of Bus journeys . Driver maybe ??

It does raise one point I suppose, aren’t bus drivers considered front line staff? Particularly those airport shuttle ones? I would assume drivers will be vaccinated?

It’s a ‘silly idea’ which the government think is a good enough idea to employ themselves. Except instead of going with the local 24 hour option, which would mean up to date results and therefore Island wide policies made from them in good enough time to be able to change things for the better, they’ve decided to use a UK facility which is undoubtedly pretty busy and therefore only lets us have the results within 5 days or more. It’s not a cult. It’s scientific best practice. Even your beloved leader thinks it’s a good idea.
Still waiting for why what I said earlier about NOTHING happened today in the media conference by HQ was allegedly so wrong by the way...?

Whether it's on island or off island isn't altering the reaction today or tomorrow.

As for what you said earlier- it's just the usual tiresome drivel.  Change the (overplayed) record.

If that is the case, why would there be a different reaction tomorrow?

The reason given for not locking down today was because the AG couldn't be expected to draft the necessary legislation, in time, nothing to do with the risk  apparently.   So the additional data will help in speedy drafting.

Lol....tiresome drivel? pot and kettle methinks.
the time for a genomic test to return and for the island to implement whichever measures are most important at that specific point in time is paramount. Your viewpoint as to it doesn’t matter as to timescale is both short sighted, idiotic and irresponsible.
