Living down in Cornwall with very, very low levels of active Covid we're worried about the summer influx of tourists. FWIW I had my first jab on Friday - super smooth operation at a country showground, the whole operation from letter to website to jab could not have been smoother, I got the date for jab #2 at the same time. Yeah, yeah, yeah, but did your country showground smell of fresh paint and have skirting boards and that?
horatiotheturd
Big up to all the Isle of Man Mums who are not allowed to see a soul on Mothers Day, not from a bubble. Not even allowed to spend the day with a next door neighbour who has also been fully vaccinated, is living alone and also hasn't seen anybody for nearly two weeks and so is as close to risk free as you can get. Welcome to the Isle of no compassion!

If that was built specially for the vaccine then it will have cost far in excess of what ours did, dont let Howard know we have not got the most expensive vax centre

No 2nd doses shown as allocated, but since that figure was set up on the dashboard, 624 administered on Friday and 1189 on Saturday (and more today). As with so much central administration at the moment it mainly seems to be about PR rather than accurate information. I'm still sceptical about the number of doses in stock as at Thursday to be honest and wonder if they remembered to take off the doses given Sun to Thur. Otherwise it implies we got about 14,000 doses in one delivery and we'll all be fully vaccinated by the end of April at that rate.

Welcome to the Isle of no compassion! Hey Mum, here's a present: Covid-19.!!!! You should be alright, there's some folk on Manx Forums reckon there's little chance of you getting it, but you may as well shit yourself worrying for next few days, alternatively you could be shitting yourself in ICU on a respirator. Byeee!!! Love Youuuu" ETA: Fair enough re vaccinations, but we're not ready to shout about that yet. Well i don’t suppose the government’s very expensive IT has had much time to build the websites over past year or so , surely one of the many government workers sitting at home could update the vaccinations site daily

Member for Ramsey (Mr Hooper) to ask the Chief Minister – What the terms of reference are for the inquiry into the breakdown of coronavirus mitigation measures on the Isle of Man Steam Packet vessels? 27. The Hon. Member for Ramsey (Mr Hooper) to ask the Chief Minister – If he will publish the legal advice received in respect of the coronavirus mitigation measures on the Isle of Man Steam Packet? 28.
