Ask the police or Castletown Commissioners, who've decided that outdoor transmission is so likely that shutting an entire park is the only solution.

They shut it in LD1 too. It's absolutely fucking pathetic.

Ridiculous, so let’s push everyone exercising onto the pavements with everyone else so they have to go close to each other!!

There was a self-evident link: dream boat = yacht. There was no requirement to respond with the name of a desirable human.

I appreciate it was an attempt at humour.

“Who would be your dream boat?” The use of the word “who” requires a response with the name of a person, not an inanimate object. Woosh indeed!

Why can’t people walk through the park for excercise away from traffic? Mooragh park , Nobles park etc aren’t closed are they?

At Mooragh all outdoor exercise gizmo's fenced off and the play area's is closed. Both coffee shops closed. So yes you can walk through.

Yeah there's one today, first since Monday so there's bound to be loads of important details to fill us in with, like the new evidence that large outdoor public parks are insanely dangerous places to be.

I'm considering an alcoholic beverage.

BBC NW report 4 now in Nobles ICU with covid.

Worrying, dependent on any concomitant conditions and ages.

This will be difficult weekend for some.

Gotta feel for them and their families.

Two litre bottles of White lightning sat on a swing in Poulsom park?
