Literally doesn’t tell anyone everything just makes everyone a little more depressed by saying we are a little closer but we are not there yet. Because we are in elimination phase, to be able to open the local economy like last year and then get the rest / most of the vaccinations done. Then we go into mitigation. At the moment they’re saying 3A and that is spelled out. About 3 weeks ago I said schools wouldn’t be back until 19/4 and was told not to be stupid. Im just being realistic.
