Well I know that and you know that, but the worry is there was no one in Cabinet Office who seems to have known that - or at least had the ability to explain it to Quayle.  It looks like they were joined together in an attempt to blag it past Tynwald with minimum scrutiny.

Exactly.  That page should be a clear breakdown of what is happening but doesn't even mention isolation.

You have to flick between several.lages to get an idea of what they are proposing.

I am not convinced they even really know themselves. 

1 sheet of A4 with a summary.  Is it really that hard?

wtf does this mean?  The Uk are there right now, so does this mean basically no isolation from 1st May?

"Level 2 – Fewer than 30 in 100,000 cases – tests on arrival and day six – 14 days isolation or one day with testing and shared isolation will be an option."
