Possibly over the 28 days since the positive test? Even if it is a true COVID death that has fallen off the radar it will go someway towards balancing out the non covid ones that have been reported as covid deaths. If it is what I think it is then it involves someone dying who didn't have covid but had previously had it and basically been ruined by it. I really have no idea, perhaps he developed complications which finished him off after 2 months in ICU? His family know what it was so that's where my info came from.
