They are fibbing. The reason to Close Portugal is that it is the only real green country anyone from the uk can travel to without quarantine. As it will shortly be virtually forbidden, the uk borders will be effectively closed, in the same way ours have been for the past 14ish months. Allegedly it's big business and there's alot of funding behind it. These people may not be as mad as some think. In fact, they may be making alot of money out of this by pushing anti-vax views.
