IOM Covid removing restrictions

No mention of these "travel related" cases already being in isolation like they normally do?

Are these the seeder cases we have been waiting for to get the borders open?

"

The government says the Island's only two case of coronavirus have been found in the last 24 hours.

In its latest update, it says two people tested positive for the disease in the past day.

Both cases are travel-related, and neither is currently being treated in hospital.

It means the total number of current Island cases stands at two."

Depends whether they were day 1 or day 6 tests. And you’re right, they aren’t distinguishing. They should.

3fm and Manx Radio both had the same text up and pulled it after a few minutes.

The dashboard shows 2 active cases. The most recent was detected on 9/6 and was travel related. I haven’t scrolled back further

OMG! Take to the hills, bunkers, backs of sofas, foil-lined duvets.  We're all going to die!

How long, Gladys, before Mr Toad and the MBE press their 'panic' button?

Parade Street car park in Douglas will close this evening to enable essential work to take place in preparation for travel restrictions being relaxed.
As the closure is likely to remain in place for some time, the nearby former bus station site in Lord Street will reopen for parking from tomorrow morning.
Parking charges will remain the same and contract spaces will be clearly signposted.
For further information, email enquiries@highways.gov.im or call the customer service line on 850000.

So, does this tell anything of what might be happening? Posted by the DoI on their Facebook page...
