What? No one?

2 people today, presumably plus their households.

7 this time last week.

if we count those low figures as “no one” then “no one” has actually sided from or with COVID on island when deaths are averaged out since it began.

In fact, it would be less than no one.

But if they'd come in under 2+2, or completely open borders and been unfortunate to develop symptoms they'd be doing exactly the same.

As if anyone is going to offer themselves up for a voluntary test?

I've got symptoms this week.  Runny nose, headache.  No way on earth I am phoning 111 and getting a test.

No mention of being vaccinated a requirement?, which is the threat that keeps being put onto healthcare staff, the threat of no vaccine/no job.

I don't think so except in so far as anywhere can be a swabbing location.   For example they currently home-swab some people who are isolating prior to going into Nobles and can't make it to Grandstand.

And has been for months (and it's bad this year).  So anyone who suffers takes anti-histamines or whatever.  If you suddenly develop such symptoms now, it's likely to be a virus.

Or the particular pollen you are allergic to has just come into bloom.
