We could encourage them with almost free boat trips and it would hugely assist our hard-pressed hospitality providers. This wasn't some rule that could be flexed or waived by Hospice. It was the law as set out by Comin/Tynwald. That's black and white. He was there and it was within 10 days of visiting the Island.
