"Isle of Man residents arriving on the Island who have travelled to any country outside of the Common Travel Area (Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey, and the United Kingdom) in the previous 10 days are required to isolate on arrival, either for 21 days or for 7 days if they agree to have a test on arrival and again on day 6, at a cost of £30. In a brief interview today Kelvin irritated his feeling on the matter.
