Presumably all it means is they can reduce their ordering for the next wee while.  At a guess, body bags are always required.

Yes.  All the stuff sat up at Jurby had a use by date.  Body bags are five years from manufacture I believe

they can be  sold off to campers  ,  just put your duck down sleeping bag inside and partially zip up  you will have the driest warmest night   you ever dreamed of,  many servicemen   do this when  in the field or in arctic conditions

I broke in to look for the spacecraft - turned out to be a left-over blimp from the 1990s…disappointing.
