CM also picked up 100% income from his holiday cottages and no costs.

Bent as fvck decision. Of course, he recused himself from that particular meeting. Wait............he didn't?

Oh well, still, £425 of stolen covid tests? Bang them up!

No, the £400 figure was the delivery charge.  The £10k was the value of the tests.  Cannot understand why anyone would do what they did for such little reward.

Well let’s not forget the kiddy porn and the £10K of stolen Amazon packages on top before you compare then to Robin Hood. Thieving scumbags. That’s all they are. Except the one who is a thieving scumbag and a nonce.

I was only refering to the theft of test packs, as far a kiddy porn goes they should cut his bollocks off.

"It's wise to doubt things that are wholly unsubstantiated by evidence."

I mean, I fully agree with this statement. Wise Helix, wise.

There simply isn't the evidence, and there never has been, because it doesn't exist.

(Replying on the relevant thread to avoid that one getting even more clogged)

There was actually an interesting article in the Guardian about this Review only yesterday.  Some of it repeats points that that were made when we discussed it on this thread earlier this month, particularly how few studies were quoted that related to Covid.  Though I wish it had made to point stronger about just how little rigorous study there is of any public heath interventions.

But I found the lead author's links with various pressure groups quite revealing and have to repeat that the evidence tends to masks having some effect with Covid, though effectiveness is dependent on the situation and levels of infection.
