All of our uk ports of entry and exit are in high risk places, with the possible exception of London.

Nobody wearing masks & people are going about their business as normal with a healthy respect for each other in regards SDing. The town & Island is thriving. Their economy is on it's way back as a result of a carefully implemented reopening plan. We've already had calls for another lockdown or 14 days Q on the back of two cases. Unless it says that this was a specific street on a specific date, that's almost certainly what it is.

At the airport or at the sea terminal. No point in coming from somewhere v low risk to mix with someone from a high risk area. Unless you have a hazmat suit. Like everything else it's all about probabilities. The odds of catching the virus are going to be much higher if you have spent time in a high infection rated area than if you happen to walk past someone who has. Unless you're going to quarantine everyone individually for three weeks or more, then you need to take things like that into account with regard to who gets the less rigorous treatment. Why does anyone on here who wants no changes slag off the other islands because they are trying something different which is successful? When Guernsey say they will change to next phase in next few months , Cambon says they will need to change social distancing etc , well they’ve already said they won’t and have policies on website. If they listened to Cambon then nothing would happen.
