Has IOM done anything to contact students to check how many coming home for Xmas as Guernsey have done?

At least Guernsey seem to be planning to let theirs home. While we seem to be waiting to see what hysterical idiots on Facebook think before deciding whether to do anything or not.

The chatter I seen from the same idiots that spout the same shite was re-open the Comis as the Covid concentration camp for the students.

How about we let them back & the FB halfwits hide away for Christmas. They seem more than happy to be cut off from the rest of civilisation - let’s give them a trial run.

Many of the 'FB halfwits' are grannies, and there's an election coming up.

Allinson said before they went that they'll let students home for Christmas, just to make sure to have your travel notification service thingy set up so that you can come back with a landing card if things start to change rapidly.

China just produces crap. Cheaply. For everything really.  A vaccine wouldn't be much different.   Probably end up killing people with it.

China also produces a lot of good stuff. See Foxconn. Honda and Yamaha do a notable amount of manufacturing there too. Half of the art of chinese manufacturing is specifying which grade of quality you want. You can always save money by cutting corners or spend a bit more for reliability.

Guernsey have 2 cases now with 1 from unknown source, so similar Facebook chatter down there about stop students coming back, burn tourists at the stake etc!!

Iom Guernsey flight restarts today not Saturday as Manx Radio reports so that should cause more panic over here!

Indeed.  But the majority of it is shite.

Flooding the Western world with it.  At least Trump had the sense to make Americans pay the tat they import:thumbsup:
