The public can only go off what the gods above us educate us with. This is nothing more than a 'clarification' to suit their own agenda.

It doesn't - that term is meant to describe the situation in a country, not how the virus was passed on between particular individuals. And in the process they're simply making themselves look dishonest, which is that last thing they should be doing in this situation. Most people will take community transmission to mean transmission within the community as opposed to an imported case where someone in isolation tests positive.

Kopek
If we take the above scenario as gospel, Husband to Wife to Sister? The sisters transmission would be unforeseen, innocent if the 'Wfe' did not know that she was infected. A person (husband) isolating is required to separate from the household. If he passed it to his wife, then a breech? Edited November 12, 2020 by Kopek

So now entire households have to isolate so that sister to sister situation does not happen again. But that was always a foreseeable situation. They accepted the risk up to now, so there must be another reason for change.
Banker
Any Government workers will be asking kids to stay in their houses so they get 2 weeks paid time off and perhaps work If they can from home. the BBC guy was asking this question but Howie just dismissed it as their choice, just need a lot of teachers & medics off now isolating with students!!
