Less than .3 of a percent, and none of them felt unwell First, the “instant” test appears to be 50% accurate at best. ( Figures from the Liverpool mass testing ) Second, it’s a snapshot. Some may not have become detectable. Say they arrived on 20th from somewhere in Europe, dropped off on 21st in England, and were caught in Kent when the French authorities stopped entry. Third, They’d have had a negative test before they set off, especially if they were transiting a few borders, on 18th. They’d have slept in their cabs on 20th and 21st. Little or no exposure risk.
