Banker
https://www.manxradio.com/news/isle-of-man-news/shoprite-strongly-encourages-shoppers-wear-masks/ thought masks were mandatory on shops but seems not?
Anyone
My understanding is masks are only mandatory in the bus. However , I will wear one in shops out of respect for other shop users. On my my walks , runs , bike rides when I am in contact with no one I will not wear a mask. In Strand Street I would wear a mask , luckily I hate Strand Street so I won’t be there. Common sense really.

Not mandatory to wear but shops can insist you wear one to get in. Up to the shops to enforce if they wish

Just on public transport and when getting a taxi ride (although no one has mentioned whether it applies to the drivers or not).
