ETA The "retirees" may not even be of retirement age...their circumstances may just allow part time work to be more favourable. Win win for the PO but it still amounts to the same thing, getting full timers off the books and replacing them with part timers. There’s 1 part time & 4 full time, my friend said they just let staff know first as some may want a change, some temporary may want permanent & it takes a few days to get on media & government sites. when they’re advertised no doubt some other stupid conspiracy theory will be posted!!
