I don’t know why you wasted your time to be honest. You’d think he’d have worked that out himself by reading the same thing well before he posted such controversial rubbish to seek attention. There’s another one who seems to have embarked upon some sort of catastrophic mental episode around the COVID lockdown.

Should be no excuse for not getting face to face hospital appointments restarted then using PPE if required rather than cancellation or if lucky a phone call https://www.manxradio.com/news/isle-of-man-news/manx-care-says-team-meeting-did-not-breach-covid-19-rules/
Manx Bean
So, what have we gleaned so far about what is different about Manx Care? To me it seems just a new logo.
Nom de plume
The key to this & their ‘Get out of jail free’ card is “Essential Workers”. Of course anyone with any intellect can surmise these are a group of people with a clear disregard for the current restrictions that the rest of the population is trying to live by. In other words, Manx Care doesn’t really care (about how you feel).

Well it’s costing us another £3.5m pa in extra salaries which would fund a lot of hip/knee replacements & endoscopy!!
The Duck of Atholl
I really can't see how this new entity can change anything. Will we see an improvement of service, shorter waiting times etc at the point of access? I doubt it. When/if it does fail the excuse will be that it was under resourced/funded. Well show me a health service anywhere on the planet that wouldn't say that if asked today.

Why delete the photo you ask. I would imagine whoever looks after their twitter/facebook page probably got sick of answering the same point despite explaining why it wasn't against the rules you would have people argue that it was. I can't agree with you more. But the photo that tweeted was not only piss poor messaging by senior government (please don't be fooled by this "Manx Care" being independent baloney, as most of the senior management are civil servants of old), but actually in essence a glorious display of arrogance and their perfectly honed ineptitude to relate to the public. There are many people who are suffering in one way or another with their mental health with being stuck and forced to work from home - often in difficult circumstances. We are trying to comply. We are doing what Howie has asked us to...but these people through their actions are basically flicking the bird at the likes of you and me. Lots of comments and justifications. I’m only surprised the IOMG Rebuttal Unit the new 24 hour service set up by the Council of Ministers, to smear anyone who disagrees and raises concerns, didn’t get involved, and smear the messenger who picked up the original twitter message and retweeted. A general observation of the picture, though some of the participants looked rather ‘portly’ not a good image to set when as Manx Care they will no doubt get involved in public health campaigns. The same applies to the cans of ‘pop’ not a good image. Are there no water coolers in Crookall House boardroom? Finally if having a meeting, perhaps some could bother wearing appropriate and more business attire. I would be expected to wear a suit. Image especially when it’s being communicated. Apple
The CEO posted it herself and has now apologised. If the aim was to put peoples faces into the public domain then it wasn't the best time to do it anyway ( having to wear masks etc). I think the reaction to the post will lead to second thoughts about how things might be done differently from here on in. The picture was taken in the Nobles hospital Boardroom.

If the aim was to put names to the faces, they could've all taken maskless selfies in the privacy of their own homes* and posted them on SM and sent them in to the papers. "I think the reaction to the post will lead to second thoughts about how things might be done differently from here on in." Ah, lessons will be learnt? Ok then! 👍😆 *or maskless and alone outside the hospital next to a sign, to show they're on-island.
