Lagman
So does this actually work on anyone or is it just the old magic coin trick? - - The debunks say fake - It should be easy enough to test with a fridge magnet. I think it was supposed to be the Pfizer vax. Reminds me of the 5g thing from last year. If they'd found something that could produce a noticable magnetic effect at that distance from a 0.4ml solution or whatever it is, they'd be too busy making a lot of money to inject anyone with it.

The Phantom
I heard your Vax status would be on the NHS App in due course, so downloaded it in lieu of the possible Vax Passport. It's supposed to go live today, but I just tried it and no info yet (of course it might just be a delay in the update). But it did say, "we can't find your record, this can be for one of the following reasons: - you have not had your vaccination in England" Anyone had success, or know if we won't get our records updated? Banker
I’m hoping Ashford will give update later on both the app & how to get paper confirmation for non smart phone users and also whether IOM are following UK with acceleration of second jabs for over 50s
Andy Onchan
This is what I'm getting on the NHS app. My second jab is 30th May.

trmpton
Really? Weird. Both 40s and relatively fit and healthy. Technically I would be classed as "vulnerable" if I wanted to push it but that seems to apply to loads of people these days

Technically I would be classed as "vulnerable" if I wanted to push it but that seems to apply to loads of people these days It's not what you think, it's what your doctor's Practice thought concerning whether you had "underlying health conditions that put [you] at higher risk of serious disease and mortality". Given that 9409 people qualified in the 16-64 age group, some practices at least must have been fairly generous with the definition. Otherwise you would both have your first jab a bit later and your second later still, based just on age. Meanwhile have started on the programme of second doses as predicted with 433 already done today, all at Chester Street and no doubt more to come. Stock has gone up too which suggests we are getting around 4500-5000 a week, all of which will be scheduled to be used.
Banker
Jersey shortening time between jabs for over 50s and will have everyone vaccinated by end August compared to September for us https://jerseyeveningpost.com/news/2021/05/17/indian-variant-concerns-prompt-change-to-vaccination-roll-out-for-at-risk-islanders/

trmpton
Shame we didn't just start as soon as the jabs arrived on island really. Stitch in time and all that shizzle.
