Have they any plans in place to facilitate this, I wonder. If it's the case then I think for public confidences sake we should be told. I think they must have received a big delivery or been told to start vaccinations of more over 80s. Why, because my mother only got first letter last week and when she rang 111 was told first dose end February, anyway rang 20.30 Friday night and said you’re booked in Thursday 28:01 at 11 at airport! To be fair to Quilp, not everyone gets the Courier delivered. I work somewhere that has not had a delivery in 5 years

Didn't Ashy say hey were expecting a large AZ delivery early Feb? So hey can start distributing the current stock.

wrighty
Just had 2nd jab, as per Pfizer’s schedule. Much busier at ward 20 today - they seem to be doubling up with a mixture of first timers and second jabs for those done 3 weeks ago.

To achieve the target of all over 50’s given two doses by end May, they need to do 4500 per week from now (that includes a mix of first and second doses) so they are not far off that pace today, assuming a seven day week. Although, it’s a bit like a game of cricket. The target looks easy until you get behind the required run rate. Once you do, it goes up really quickly.
