To all TT naysayers on here ... if you feel so strongly get out from behind your keyboard and get down to the paddock and impart your wisdom to the riders and their families.  Tell them your concerns, engage with THEM, listen to what they say .... they may be enlightened by your wisdom.  But if riders want to ride and spectators want to watch  you ranting fruitlessly on a forum is pointless.

They can ride and watch. Just not at the expense of the GMP.

So you don't care if they ride and die as long as you don't have to pay.

Just as much as TT fans don’t care if they ride and die.  The greatest show on earth must carry on at all costs, financial or otherwise.

So go and talk to the riders and their families and tell them what you think  .. if the riders don't come the TT wont happen.. the greatest show on earth is only perpetuated by those that want to appear in it....

How shit is it to be busy celebrating those on the podium at the end of the race/discussing lap records when it turns out a man’s died on the last lap of the very same race.

You get the impression that the mainstream media is sort of revolting. The button on the press release from IOMG was clearly pressed at 8:30 after the race and the celebrations were finished.

It's possible to care if people die and still want the event to continue.
