Stavros Posted August 7, 2005 Share Posted August 7, 2005 Douglas residents will start seeing shocking new posters. It’s all part of a campaign aimed at litterbugs, due to start in mid-August. The posters will be on the Promenade, at roundabouts and on the side of bin wagons. It’ll last for three weeks, each week the theme will change and different offenders will be targeted. Rubbish in the capital is not a huge problem, but councillor, David Christian, wants it sorted out. Is it the end for Bill & Fly ? Now, if they get on to you and you have to make a runner, try to drive better than this guy, although he nearly made it and is pretty amazing to watch.. (and it nicely shows the power of a V8 police cruiser, the car I'm about to get..)
