That is an impressive list.  Any possibility of an "ATIS for Dummies" re: "E) ATIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH GLOBAL REPORTING FORMAT GRF PARAMETERS. GRF REPORTS WILL BE PASSED ON RTF BY ATC." ?

In a yellow cover with a large font if possible...

How much did we pay people in recent years to reduce operations to this state of affairs?

And didn't one of them try do something similar in Germany before being "discovered" and ejected?

When things start falling apart all over the place, a useful thing to do is to look for a common factor.

So, take for example these people (but there are others):

Ann Reynolds
Jeremy Spake
Nick Black
Ian Longworth
Mark Charters
Malcolm Couch
Kathryn Magson

The common factor is the people who gave them the job.

Sorry.... First bit re ATIS, the recorded transmitted airport message does not comply with some shit I don't understand , the reality of which is ATC report runway state (wet / dry/ etc) on R/T rather than recorded.

The rest is dates and closure times for the airport due to ATC staffing and mandatory duty time breaks (I fully support ATC, which had management fully supported ATC we wouldn't be here !).

So the bottom line is they are short staffed in ATC basically. ?? I understand with the fact theres been hardly any flights for ages now and guessing they have to keep the airport open but cant ! Airport is royally fucked in so many ways .
