Lack of passengers?

Knowing why will provide useful info to the airport, you would think.  It may indicate which routes are viable, which are not and which the airline would rather not service for other reasons. Apart, of course, from issues within the airport's control.

Also, the answer says 4 cancellations for which no reason is given.  Should a cancellation have to have a reason?  I would like to think so.

Not for the freight ones, but for a passenger flight the airline would have to give some reason because that would affect the compensation that passengers on the cancelled flight could claim, depending on if the reason was in the airline's control or not.

She shat on many things , sorry typo !

Long overdue that Ms Reynolds and that other knob were invited back to the Island to answer a few questions...put by some people with some backbone and empathy with the taxpaying public.

Evening LCY and LPL Loganair cancelled again today. Evening LCY has been cancelled 3 times this week. LPL twice (I think).

What is going on?!

LCY cancelled due to ATC closure. No NOTAM had been issued and ATC had refused a request to extend the hours so that the return flight could have taken place. Once again, not Loganairs fault.

Odd because the London City is showing on the Ronaldsway website and the London City too as well as on flight radar . Admittedly it’s running late but it’s not showing cancelled on all three !

Apparently they need up to 15 ATC to operate as required and now after a suspension of one guy on Friday they are down to less than 6+ now. Lots more issues over the next days sadly. Am  away myself , hopefully on Wednesday to Heathrow and expecting a delay or worse. Then have to deal with the likely strike at Heathrow by baggage handlers on Friday . Joy !

What’s the suspension all about?

The cancelled flight was the one that was scheduled for yesterday (Sunday 13 Nov).
