Nellie
The landing of this morning's Gatwick was the 5th most tracked flight in the World when it touched down. How bizarre is that! Edited March 30, 2023 by Nellie
Manx Bean
Can’t wait until the CAA issue official stats showing that, once again, the Isle of Man can claim a new world record..highest % of delayed and cancelled flights on record. Meanwhile, Jersey airport are replacing their ILS with no reported issues..

Amadeus
New airport director seems to have a big CV as Chris Thomas likes to point out, but so far the fella is hiding it well. Dude needs to be seen to be doing stuff more or we’re gonna start calling him Annie Two.

Jersey had GPS approach I believe already approved . Oh and as we have been told the weather is definitely better in the winter months !
Ringy Rose
Is there an actual reason why they couldn’t install the new ILS before turning off the old ILS?

I am struggling with that. Ducts could be laid, cables could be laid and prepared so the final connection should be quick. I don't know the process TBH but it just looks like SH1T planning to me unless you can explain otherwise?
