Yes, that was made blatantly obvious by the AD when recruitment for those posts was opened up. The Airport Board may invite people or groups to address them if specific knowledge is required, so let’s hope that happens.

If you're dates are fixed and you really want to fly to Bristol you can book connecting flights on the Aer Lingus website using multi city. Or use Skyscanner link posted earlier to get schedule info l. Just ensure you book on the Aer Lingus website for ease of managing the reservation

IOM
I have just noticed there are no Gatwick flights at all on Tuesdays or Wednesdays during January . Good job we have Loganair still flying into Heathrow or London City !

Nellie
3 hours ago, Banker said: No easyJet Liverpool Monday/Tuesday plus no Bristol at all. There is actually a Liverpool flight every Monday throughout January, but nothing on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, which is same as Gatwick. So there will be no easyJet activity here, on those days. Both return to at least one a day for February and March. When their annual results were released back October, they mentioned a strategic decision to reduce loss making Winter flying, so this is probably a small part of that approach. 1

newaccount
Loganair have cancelled Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham so far today. Easyjet operated their Gatwick service earlier. Good that the airport is open. Edited January 18 by newaccount

Not sure why Loganair cancelled everything including a 10.35 departure rather than just delayed

Snow and ice in January. Who’d have thought. easyJet got in and out with only a slight delay. Good effort by the Airport team to get the main runway and taxi ways clear enough for operations.
