Loganair today half full. If you don't want easyJet that's fine and up to you. But alot of people do want easyJet and are voting with their feet. I suggest those of you who want prop operators had better buy some tickets and step away from the keyboard And if you think EasyJet is so great why on earth did you come back with Loganair? With EasyJet you get random timed flights at quite often unsuitable times whereas with Loganair you get a fixed schedule with more flexibility and more than one flight a day ! Good job you have two airlines operating Manchester and can choose in my case I go to London and don’t get that option right now !

For easyjet these are infillers where they squeeze a few more hours out of their assets in between the short international flights they specialise in 1

Gladys
You don't resign with immediate effect unless your employer has agreed to waive notice, or you are saying that the bullying and harassment is making it impossible for you to serve out your notice period. Expect a claim.

No mention so far from our national propaganda unit. Whatever anyone thinks about him and his performance, there is no doubt that he won’t be unemployed for long, and I’m sure, the next person doing the job will have to think long and hard whether working on this island is really worth it - especially if there is ‘bullying and harassment’. Augustus
Yes, but that all assumes that Spake was subject to "bullying and harrassment". The alternative view is that he should never have been hired in the first place, wasn't up to the job and didn't enjoy being exposed once his protector had been emptied out. 4

To be fair, all that doesn't excuse bullying and harassment, if that has been what has happened. There are well-trodden HR pathways to deal with competency, which are devised to improve performance (or identify that performance cannot be improved) and document the process as a defence to bullying, amongst other things. Thing is, we don't know.
