It was around Baldrine on posters and on the roadside, never noticed any elsewhere though. I assume other public meetings have taken place in other areas of the constituency.

I assume other public meetings have taken place in other areas of the constituency. There were a number of Cabinet Office arranged meetings earlier in the month: Garff Thursday 2 September - Dhoon Primary School Wednesday 8 September - Laxey Primary School Tuesday 14 September - Onchan Primary School so one each from Maughold, Laxey/Lonan and Onchan. And there was a Manx Radio one earlier as well (in the Shore). But this looks as if was that rare thing in 2021 A Proper Requisition Meeting, presumably for Lonan. ellanvannin2010
Absolutely nothing from Perkins to our household this time around. From a casual observance around the area he also seems to have the fewest posters/banners, the winner on that score seems to be Andrew Smith Edited September 22, 2021 by ellanvannin2010

Wanted to see Daphne’s response She had her wotsit on the pulse for anything relating to the Laxey floods at that meeting. She read aloud the part of the Arup Report that the questioner claimed had not been covered in the Report.
The Old Git
I’ve voted for her, was just interested in seeing this episode.
Andy Onchan
Just now, The Old Git said: I’ve voted for her, was just interested in seeing this episode. She handles public speaking very well. But that's probably mostly down to her training as a journalist and being on the stage at one time. She has at least held COMIN's feet to the fire in the last 5 years and given the CM a run for his money.
code99
I hope Gareth Young as one of the MLP candidates upsets the apple cart and unseats ‘Elms-gate’ Perkins for good. I admit it is a long shot though, but there is no shame in hoping. I imagine that Gareth and Daphne would work well together.
quilp
Whenever I see a photo of Martin Perkins I can't help seeing Ted Bovis, for some reason.

Andy Onchan
I'm afraid Gareth is too wishy washy for me. No issues with Daphne though.
