I think he's the internal auditor anyway. That means they can hide his reports when they are embarrassing (ie all the time). The problem with this one is that the reports are supposed to be open. He claims that whilst there are frustrations over the pace, the finished product is better. Talk about blowing your own overblown trumpet.
