Must Google. ETA it is the only public building in the British Isles to be named in honour of Edward VIII. Even then we knew how to back a winner! I spent ages looking on the Ship Registry website and its UK equivalent (they often do investigations for IOM) for the actual report, but it only seems to have been published in response to an FoI request (Title: CEG Orbit Report; Date submitted: 11/07/22) as apparently the Latvians under whom it was flagged at the time, then took over. If you have diarrhea and your stomach is telling you so, it doesn't take 15 mins to have a poo? Surely the bridge has another person on at all times?
